Our Story
Our journey began over 35 years ago, when Chuck Winship, as a retirement plan, set out to preserve the rich heritage of maple sugaring. With a deep respect for the land and a passion for producing the finest maple syrup, we have grown from a small backyard operation to a thriving farm that supplies syrup lovers near and far.
